Jayden Daniels should be focused on the upcoming Washington Commanders season where he’ll be under center, but he’s now embroiled in his alma mater LSU’s drama.

Daniels sent LSU a cease-and-desist forbidding them from using his No. 5 jersey after it was turned over to sophomore cornerback DJ Pickett.

“There needs to be some level of difference and respect for the past and for history. And I do feel like at times, generations no longer have a certain level of reverence and respect for those who built what was already established. I think it would be extremely honorable for DJ Pickett to look at Jayden Daniels and be like, “Man, I really appreciate the way he laid the pathway for black quarterbacks at LSU.’ But just have a little bit more respect, even if you are still going to wear number five. I think his dismissiveness… It was almost borderline disrespectful.”

The Los Angeles Lakers are being sold again, this time by Mark Walter, who owned them for around a year. Were there not rumblings? Was his rap sheet squeaky clean? Did y’all not find anything on him before y’all said, “Okay, we’re gonna sell you the team for 10 billion dollars.”
