In a recent podcast, the rapper said, “I can say anti-Semitic things, and Adidas can’t drop me. Now what?”

“Balenciaga has no longer any relationship nor any plans for future projects related to this artist,” Kering said in a statement.

The suit not only includes Ye but his “business partners” and “associates” and alludes to his comments retraumatizing Floyd’s family and amounted to “harassment, misappropriation, defamation, and infliction of emotional distress.”

“I did not realize the George Floyd statements on my show were so hurtful," N.O.R.E. said.
