Drake Gets Acting Role with Al Pachino
Drake is ready to make his return to acting.
The Canadian emcee has landed a role alongside Al Pacino and Susan Sarandon in an upcoming thriller called “Arbitrage.” According to sources the film will begin shooting this spring with a release date set for 2012.
Prior to his career in hip-hop, Drake made a name for himself by starring as Jimmy Brooks in the Canadian series “Degrassi: The Next Generation.”
Drizzy is currently working on his sophomore album, which will be titled “Take Care.” The record is expected to drop in stores later this year.
