A man in Florida’s Miami-Dade county is in jail today after becoming angry at a bus driver and beat him with his belt.
Tyrone Darell Hubbert is in police custody for reportedly taking off his belt and whipping the bus driver after he questioned him about payment.
Hubbert tried to pay the $2 bus fare with his Social Security card and after several failed attempts was told by the driver to pay or exit the bus.
That’s when the 18-year-old became angry, removed his belt and began to hit the unidentified individual as he drove.
The teen lost the battle to the driver who managed to pull the bus over and subdue Hubert till police arrived.
He’s in Miami-Dade jail on $5,000 bond.
