According to RadarOnline and the Star Magazine, allegations of retired NBA baller Shaquille O’Neal planted a tracking device and spying on the star of Basketball Wives and ex-wifey Shaunie O’Neil.

A former friend to the NBA All-Star, Shawn Darling filed the suit. He states that the ball player was worried that his then-wife knew about his adulterous affairs with Vanessa Lopez and other women.

This is an excerpt from the 85-page document which accuses Shaq of much more:

On September 25, 2009 O’Neal purchased an Ultimate Bluetooth Mobile Phone Spy, and an Ultimate People Finder Software system. At some point O’Neal had his wife’s car wired and hired ‘Guidepoint,’ a company to place a GPS tracking system on her car to track her movements and her whereabouts.”

“On September 29, 2009 nervous that Vanessa Lopez had made good on her threat to meet with his wife, O’Neal had his henchmen, Derrick Mallet, check with ‘Guidepoint,’ to find out where his wife had been.”

More updates to come as this story develops.

Would someone really go that far to keep their infidelity a secret?
