Teaneck, NJ resident Angela Logan was about to lose her home. But she came up with a sweet solution to her dilemma: to prevent the foreclosure of her home, she used her grandmother’s apple cake recipe to bake 100 cakes and sell them them in 10 days.
Angela’s true story is now a made-for-television movie “Apple Mortgage Cake,” starring actress Kimberly Elise.
