St Louis Rams v Indianapolis Colts

When it comes to Indianapolis Colts this season, it’s the same old story, as they continue to dig themselves in a hole before choosing to rally.

However, this Sunday it wasn’t enough, as the Jacksonville Jaguars defeated the Colts, 30-27 at London’s Wembley Stadium, by stopping a fourth-quarter rally under two minutes remaining, causing the Colts to drop to 1-3 on the season.

As a team the Colts didn’t play well. Offensively Colts managed just 92 yards of total offense in the first half which led to a slow start. If that’s not enough, the Colts had over five dropped passes and two turnovers.

Then defensively, the Colts showed bad tackling. Not to mention, a lack of discipline considering they were called for seven penalties for 75 yards.

However, quarterback Andrew Luck, who finished 26-of-41 for 232 yards with two touchdowns and one interception, seems to understand that the team as whole needs to be better.

“Lack of focus, bad ball,” quarterback Andrew Luck said. “It’s not on one person. It’s on the unit. Sloppy and it has to be fixed. You overcome it in some games, you don’t in others.”

We will see if Luck and Colts can get back on track this Sunday, as they return to the states and prepare to host the Chicago Bears next Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium.
