INDIANAPOLIS — The man convicted in the murders of two young girls in Delphi in 2017 is now being held in an Oklahoma facility.

Richard Allen, 52, has been transferred from the Pendleton Correctional Facility to the Lexington Assessment and Reception Center in Cleveland County, Oklahoma. The state’s inmate tracker said he was received there on Thursday.

Allen is shown as being in an “out-of-state facility” by online records for the Indiana Department of Correction.

It’s unknown at this time why Allen was transferred.

Last year, Allen was convicted in the February 2017 murders of Liberty German and Abigail Williams. He was sentenced to 130 years in prison.

His legal team is working to appeal his conviction.
