Diddy Seeks Acquittal or New Trial

Sean “Diddy” Combs has filed a motion to overturn his federal conviction for prostitution, arguing that his “freak-offs” were actually pornographic movie shoots protected by free speech. In July, Combs was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution but acquitted of more serious charges. His lawyers claim that the activities were consensual and amounted to producing amateur pornography for private viewing. If the convictions are not overturned, there is speculation that Donald Trump may pardon Combs.
