The 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards - ShowJustin Timberlake took the “high-road” and avoided talk about his so-called beef with Kanye West last night on  Jimmy Kimmel live.

During JT’s recent Saturday Night Live performance, he sang the new lyric, “My hit’s so sick/got rappers acting dramatic” during “Suit & Tie,” which many thought was a dig at Mr. West, but JT is ever the diplomat.

“I don’t remember that . . . Did I change a line? It is live,” JT said, skirting the topic with Jimmy.

“You know, really, everyone, keep calm.” Justin then added that he had nothing but love for Kanye. “Let me just, for the record, I absolutely love Kanye. So there’s that. We love Kanye, right?”

Many felt that Justin’s remixed lyric was a response to Kanye’s rant, “I got love for Hov/but I ain’t f—ing with that ‘Suit & Tie,'” during a February 23 show in London.

Whether subliminal or totally blown out of proportion, things have calmed down and we want to commend Justin for dealing with ‘Ye gracefully. While his ‘rants’ are more entertaining than upsetting at this point, JT gets extra credit for finding a funny way to hit back, without making it into something more serious than it needed to be. We wouldn’t be surprised if he could spin all of this nonsense into a collab with the G.O.O.D. Music CEO at some point.
