116THIndianapolis traffic will be affect drivers’ daily commute on I-69 South as INDOT will shut down the Interstate 69 south 116th Street exit in Fishers this Friday 8 p.m.

Fox 59 reports, crews will be building a new flyover bridge to carry State Road 37 up and over traffic on I-69. The project is expected to go on for up to 90 days.

“What that will do is eliminate that weaving of traffic and the exit lanes,” said Nathan Riggs, an INDOT spokesman. “Hopefully, we can anticipate a little bit of opening and a little bit of restrictions. It’s going to be a mixed bag.”
