Newfields Light Show 

The Garden at Newfield is beautifully lit with more than a million and a half lights for the sixth season of Winterlights presented by Bank of America. It contains different sightings like the Nutcracker and the Big Piñata. Attendees of the festival could expect to find spiced cider, Sugar plum snow day, exclusive apple cider, hot cocoa, and sweet treats like gingerbread popcorn and chocolate chip cookies!

 

Popup Christmas Bar Indianapolis 

Tinseltown is a Christmas-themed pop-up at the Nevermore Union Station bar in downtown Indianapolis. 39 W. Jackson Place has become home to decorative trees, lights, and bows all in time for the Christmas season. For $20/ticket you gain access to the bar and a Christmas-themed drink. Christkindlmarkt

Bringing in a long European tradition, Christkindlmarkt in Caramel Indiana allows you to have fun ice skating while enjoying traditional music and foods.

Christmas at the Indianapolis Zoo

As the first zoo in the nation to hold a holiday light event in 1967, Christmas at the Indianapolis Zoo continues to expand. It features activities listed under Santa’s Village which include: Mrs. Clause Kitchen, Santa’s Barn, Polar Pathway, Storytime, Penguin Encounter, Tinsel Tavern, and Mirror Maze. You’ll have a full holiday experience here while still being able to see some of the winter night animals.

Indianapolis Children Museum 

Available from November 25th to January 1st, the Jolly Days Indoor Holiday event allows families to participate in activities like Gingerbread House making and breakfast with Santa. You can even gear up in Santa’s workshop or join the Snow Queen as she travels through different lands to rescue her friend!
