After a year of creating the epic collaborative album Watch the Throne, Jay Z and Kanye West reflect back behind the scenes of the recording process in an intimate documentary.
Rare moments are captured on camera and Oscar winner Russell Crowe appears in the hotel while Kanye raps his verse from “Illest Motherf**ker Alive.” Even Beyoncé makes a cameo.
Jay-Z even reflects on Kanye’s rise to becoming one of hip-hop’s greatest. “I’m watching a guy who I pretty much mentored become his own guy with his own opinion. It’s fantastic,” he said.
