Rapper Snoop Dogg has a bone to pick with former President Ronald Reagan. While on stage for SXSW in Austin, Texas everyone’s favorite uncle said of drugs and gang violence in L.A.: “To me it was a system that was designed, because when the Reaganomics era began, that’s when this began.” Read his entire speech here.
